✦ Sketches & Revisions.

Clients will be notified of any updates regarding their project and will be able to follow the entire creative process from start to finish, providing feedback as needed.
Concept drafts or previews are not shared before receiving the initial payment.

Revisions are included unless they exceed reasonable expectations, require a complete change of direction after significant progress, or involve alterations to the main concept during development.
In such cases, an additional fee of $50 or more may apply.

All projects are paid upfront, unless otherwise agreed. In specific cases, payment may be divided into two installments of 50/50, with the second payment due upon project completion or delivery approval.

✦ Payment & Delivery.

Payments are generally made upfront for most services.
Once an agreement is reached, an invoice will typically be issued via PayPal to formalize the payment.
For split payments, two separate invoices will be provided — one for each installment.

If preferred, payments can also be made using ₿ cryptocurrency (BTC).

Final files are delivered via a permanent Google Drive link in PNG and JPG formats. Source files (AI or PSD) are also included, depending on the type of service.
Additional formats can be requested at no extra cost.

ⓘ Deadlines (ETA)
Project turnaround times vary depending on complexity and client response, but the usual estimate is 1–3 weeks.
Deadlines are flexible — if the project is urgent and requires faster delivery, this can be discussed and an expedited timeline arranged.

✦ Refund Policy & Cancellation.

If the client decides to cancel the project after development has begun and concepts or proposals have already been presented, a full refund will not be possible.
The refundable amount will depend on the progress made, with only a portion of the total payment returned.

Upfront payments: Refunds are calculated based on the amount of work completed, or a standard 50% of the total amount may be returned.

A project may be canceled under the following circumstances:

• The client chooses to discontinue development at any stage.

• The designer chooses to terminate the project.

• The client becomes unresponsive — i.e., fails to reply to emails or project updates for an extended period (weeks or months).

In case of client inactivity:
If the client resumes communication after a prolonged absence without a reasonable or justifiable explanation, the designer is not obligated to resume the project or issue a refund.
However, if the absence is communicated and agreed upon in advance, the project may proceed as planned.

Designer-initiated cancellations are extremely rare and occur only in cases where the project has required an excessive number of revisions beyond reasonable expectations without meeting the client’s satisfaction.

In any cancellation scenario — whether initiated by the client or the designer — the refund process will follow the terms outlined above.

If the project has been fully completed and delivered, and the client later decides to abandon it for any reason, no refund will be issued.

✦ Intellectual Property.

The client automatically receives the right to use the final design freely once the full payment for the project has been completed.

To promote and showcase their work, the artist reserves the right to display the design and its variations on their website, portfolio, and publications such as books, magazines, or social media platforms.

The client may purchase full exclusive rights, which prevent the artist from displaying or using the design in any form.
This option requires an additional fee starting at $500.
If confidentiality is required for a specific period, this must be communicated in advance, and an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) can be arranged if necessary.

ⓘ Trademark Notice:
Due to the lengthy and often costly nature of trademark, copyright, and legal name registration processes, assistance with these matters cannot be provided.
If the client intends to register the design as a trademark, it is recommended to consult a qualified legal professional independently.
